Northbound US 41 / 45 off ramp closure coming at Pilgrim Road

Wisconsin Department of Transportation will begin a long term closure of the northbound US 41/45 off-ramp to northbound Pilgrim Road on September 2 at 8:30 PM.
The ramp is scheduled to reopen in late fall of 2015.
The signed detour is the WIS 74/Main St. Exit, then proceed west to Pilgrim Road.
On Thursday, September 3 at 5:00 AM, the Pilgrim Road on-ramp to northbound US 41/45 will reopen.  The ramp has been closed since mid-May.
The existing long term closures of the northbound US 41/45 off-ramp to southbound Pilgrim Road and the southbound US 41/45 off-ramp to Pilgrim Road will remain in effect.
Also during Wednesday overnight, all traffic on Pilgrim Road will be shifted to share the newly constructed southbound lanes of Pilgrim Road. This is to facilitate construction of the northbound side and will be the traffic configuration until late fall of 2015.
The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
These closures are part of the reconstruction project of Pilgrim Road, from Park Blvd. to Megal Drive, in Waukesha County. More information about the project can be found on 511 Wisconsin at http://projects.511wi.gov/pilgrimrd/.
