MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- No one was hurt when part of a duplex caught fire Wednesday afternoon on Milwaukee's south side.
It happened near 11th and Grant.
Firefighters say the fire started in the back of the building and caused heavy damage.
Everyone inside was able to get out before crews arrived on scene.
A few dogs also made it out safely.
There is currently no word on a damage estimate.
The Red Cross is helping the three families who live there.
