MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- There were no injuries reported after the battery box on the Amtrak Hiawatha train 339 caught fire.
The train was traveling from Chicago to Milwaukee around 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday.
The 210 passengers and crew on board all were safely evacuated from the train into the Milwaukee Airport Station.
The fire was quickly extinguished and the cause remains under investigation.
As a result, Hiawatha trains 341 and 342 are expected to have delays as a result of this incident.
