NICU babies at Mercyhealth’s Javon Bea Hospital–Riverside get in the Olympic spirit

ROCKFORD, Ill. (CBS 58) -- Mercyhealth's Javon Bea Hospital-Riverside says their neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is filled with some of the "strongest, although tiniest, champs."

Staff in the NICU helped kick off their own version of the winter Olympics this week. 

They say their little Team USA is made of preemies who "receive the gold standard of care."
