Woman reports injury 12 hours after battery cutting incident

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A woman was injured in a battery cutting incident at an undisclosed location at around 2:00 am Sunday morning, but did not report it to the police until 12 hours later.
The perpetrator was an unknown male family member.
The victim sought medical treatment after the incident, and was released prior to informing the police.
The incident is still under investigation.
