
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The lighting of the Hoan Bridgeās east side has been completed, extending the installationās visibility across Milwaukeeās harbor and lakefront. The project marks the next phase in a broader plan to illuminate the entire bridge.
The lights were officially activated Wednesday, June 11, following an extended period of planning and installation, according to Light the Hoan.
The group said the lights were turned on without a formal public event.
People interested in seeing the display are able to do so from public access points along the lakefront or by boat.
