MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Abby Hauke, the 2025 Chairperson for the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors board of directors and a Regional Sales Manager with First Weber, joined us on Monday, Jan. 20 to offer details about recent trends in Milwaukee’s housing market.
Hauke addressed the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors’ December home sales report and shared insights on sales activity and inventory levels. She also discussed how 2024 home sales compared to prior years and offered expectations for the 2025 market.
Other topics included the early start of the spring sales season during winter months, with Hauke explaining why this trend occurs. She also addressed etiquette for prospective buyers viewing homes in winter, particularly in maintaining respect for the homeowner’s space.
