Hauke addressed the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors’ December home sales report and shared insights on sales activity and inventory levels. She also discussed how 2024 home sales compared to prior years and offered expectations for the 2025 market.
Other topics included the early start of the spring sales season during winter months, with Hauke explaining why this trend occurs. She also addressed etiquette for prospective buyers viewing homes in winter, particularly in maintaining respect for the homeowner’s space.
