New Berlin man accused in wife's death denied request to attend her funeral

WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A judge denied the request for a New Berlin man to attend the funeral of the wife he's accused of killing.
James Farris appeared in a Waukesha County courtroom Monday afternoon.
He's accused of murdering his wife, Linda, while their daughter was asleep.
The criminal complaint says the two got into an argument over their disabled daughter's care.
Farris will be back in court next month.
