New activities planned for 2019 Racine Zoo Eggstravaganza
RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- More family-friendly fun is coming to the Racine Zoo's 2019 Eggstravaganza this year.
Just as they have in years past, the event will feature bounce houses, crafts, cookie decorating, six "Cluck Cluck Doors," and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
New this year will be Easter egg decorating, an egg dig, an Easter version of Trunk-or-Treat, and a dance party.
Animals will also be a big part of the Eggstravaganza at the Racine Zoo, including the chance to meet a real bunny.
The 2019 Eggstravaganza is included with a Zoo admission fee and is free for all Zoo members. A photo with the Easter Bunny is an extra fee for all attendees.
The event will be held Saturday, April 20, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. All proceeds from the event go towards taking care of the Racine Zoo's animal population.
