New 250 unit condo complex proposed for Milwaukee's east side

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Plans for a six-story, 250 unit condo complex are being proposed for Milwaukee's east side.

Wangard Partners, Inc. says the complex will be called Brady & Water located at 1701 N. Water St.

According to a press release, the complex will be built in three phases. The first phase will feature up to 70 units.The development will have one, two and three bedroom apartments. It was also include townhouse and river home units featuring boat slips and space for boathouses to store kayaks.

Construction is expected to begin next summer.
