MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Friday marks National Wear Red Day!
The day is a national public awareness campaign urging people to wear red to bring awareness to cardiovascular disease. The American Heart Association along with its movement, Go Red for Women, spearheads the event.

According to the association, cardiovascular disease kills one woman every 80 seconds.
