(CBS 58) – October 22 is National Make A Dog’s Day.
The day is a nationwide effort established by Subaru to help find homes for last-to-adopt shelter dogs.
Organizers say ways to celebrate the day can include: championing special needs dogs, volunteering locally, supporting an adopt-friendly retailer and having fun with you dog.
More on the effort can be found on Subaru’s website.
