MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The winter Olympics are underway in Italy with a number of fan favorite American athletes going for gold. CBS 58 on Wednesday, Feb. 11, was joined by Phil Skylar, co-founder and CEO of the National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum here in Milwaukee, who showed off the collectibles you can get your hands on.
