MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Mitchell Park Domes will open its 2025 Fall Show, Mythical Menagerie, on Saturday, Sept. 20. The exhibit runs through Sunday, Nov. 9.

The seasonal display features chrysanthemums surrounding sculptures of legendary creatures, including a phoenix, an alicorn and a celestial dragon. A press release announcing the show notes that the exhibit blends fantasy with horticulture, continuing a long-standing fall tradition at the Domes.

General admission is $8 for Milwaukee County residents and $9 for nonresidents. Discounted tickets are available for children, seniors, students and military members. Children 2 and under are free.

The Domes are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends and major holidays.

A special Día de los Muertos celebration is planned for Friday, Oct. 31, featuring music, dance and traditional ofrendas. It will also showcase crafts, local food, bilingual story times, light shows and more.
