WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- When temperatures get as cold as they are across southeast Wisconsin it is not uncommon for water main breaks to occur. That was exactly the case in Wauwatosa Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
Two water main breaks were reported Tuesday night near the intersection of 2 Tree Lane and Washington Circle and near the intersection of Knoll Terrace and Concordia Avenue. According to the City of Tosa those water mains have been repaired.
Two more water main breaks are currently under repair near 124th and Feerick and Menomonee River Parkway and North. Progress and repairs are ongoing.
The City of Wauwatosa reminds the public if they see water coming up from the ground to call 414-47108480 and press 1.
