Multiple cell phone stores robbed in southeast Wisconsin Friday morning

GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- On Friday, September 8, at approximately 1:50 a.m. the Germantown Police Department received a report of a burglar alarm for the Sprint store located on Appleton Avenue. When officers arrived, they found a window smashed by the use of a rock and entry had been made.

An investigation revealed that numerous electronics had been taken.

There were additional burglaries to cell phone stores in the metro-Milwaukee area early Friday morning and the Germantown Police Department and the Law Enforcement agencies investigating these burglaries are working closely together to determine if they are related.
