Milwaukee Police Department MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are searching for a critical missing 27-year-old man. Officials say Donte Carter has not been seen since early Tuesday morning, Oct. 7.
Officials describe Carter as a Black male, standing around 5'5" tall, weighing around 170 lbs., slim build, with brown eyes and black hair.
Carter may be driving a black Cadillac with Wisconsin plate AZW8033.
