MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department needs helping locating 10-year-old Joseph McPherson and 13-year-old Staria McPherson. The siblings went missing around 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, near N. 15th and W. Concordia Ave. 

Joseph is described as a black male, standing around four feet two inches tall, weighing around 80 pounds. He has a thin build with a low haircut. 

He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black basketball shorts. 

Staria is a black female standing around five feet four inches tall and weighs about 137 pounds. She has a medium build with brown hair in a ponytail. 

She was last seen wearing a white or pink cropped top and light blue flared jeans. 

Both children should be traveling by foot.
