MPD investigating two separate non-fatal shootings on Thursday evening

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee police are investigating two separate shootings that occurred in the evening of Thursday, Jan. 21.

Authorities say the first shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. near 14th and Burleigh. A 30-year-old man was treated at the scene for injuries and is expected to survive.

The second shooting happened around 8:40 p.m. near 35th and Wright. Authorities say a 20-year-old man was treated for injuries and is expected to be okay.

Police are searching for suspects in both cases.
