MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that happened on Saturday, Jan. 27.

It happened around 12:28 a.m., near 75th and Marine.

The 29-year-old was conveyed to a local hospital and pronounced deceased, according to police. 

The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Davarien Kirksey.
