MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – Milwaukee Police are holding a fundraiser on Wednesday in honor of fallen Officer Charles Irvine Jr.
Irvine Jr. died after his squad car crashed during a high speed chase last summer.
MPD District 4 is hosting a grill-out from noon until 4 p.m. It costs $10 per plate.
Money raised will be used to buy a plaque honoring the fallen officer.
It will be installed on the bridge near 76th and Silver Spring, where his squad car crashed.
