MPD asking for help in identifying Walgreens armed robbery suspects
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help in identifying two suspects wanted in connection to an armed robbery at a Walgreens store Tuesday morning.
Police say it happened near W. Wisconsin Ave. and N. 35th St. around 1:05 a.m.
The suspects walked into the store and started acting suspiciously, according to police. Authorities say store security approached the suspects and one of suspects pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot the occupants of the store.
The suspects then stole $1,100 worth of merchandise and left.
The first suspect is described as a black man, 25-28-years-old, 5’6”-5’8” tall with a medium build. He was clean shaven with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a white shirt, dark blue jeans and brown shoes.
The other suspect is described as a black man, 25-32-years-old, 6’ tall with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. A long black shirt, stone washed jeans and black shoes.
