Hello people. Shelter in place at, in home is the order. WTF are people doing wondering around aimlessly shooting at each other. Why wasn't this 9 year old at home? I hope he survives. Was it his parents or guardian that shot him? What could a 9 year old do that would possible make anybody shoot at him? maybe he got after their dope. Prayers for a fast & full recovery & a little revenge.
