MPD: 9-day old baby dies near 60th and Port Avenue, investigation underway

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating the death of a 9-day old baby near 60th Street and Port Avenue.
Officers were called to a residence in the area at approximately 8:40 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17.
Police say the baby was unresponsive and despite lifesaving measures, died.
The cause of death and circumstances are under investigation.
