MPD: 2 injured in separate Milwaukee shootings, including 14-year-old boy

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating two shootings that happened Monday night, Sept. 13 into early Tuesday morning, Sept 14. 

The first happened around 5:00 p.m. near 21st and W. Townsend. A 25 year-old Milwaukee man sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting appear to be the result of an ongoing dispute. Milwaukee police are looking for a known suspect. 

A second shooting occurred on Tuesday, Sept. 14 at approximately 1:55 a.m. near Sherman and Sutphin St.

The victim is a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy. He sustained non-life-threatening injuries and presented to a local hospital. 

The circumstances leading up to the shooting are under investigation. 

Milwaukee police continue to seek unknown suspects at this time.
