MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- For graduating fashion design student Miranda Fluegge, finding models for her senior capstone project at Mount Mary University was not a difficult choice. She's been a lifetime acquaintance of faculty member Linda Gleeson, who teaches in the dietetics department, and taught Miranda back in Sunday School at Brookfield Lutheran Church.
When Miranda began attending Mount Mary, their bond deepened into friendship, "encouraging one another." Linda has a drawing that Miranda had done for her 10 years ago; "I could see the artistic potential in her even then," Linda said.
On CBS 58 Sunday Morning, Michael Schlesinger showed how she's woven her love of God, garments and family into a common thread.
