OZAUKEE COUNTY (CBS 58) -- Amber Schmunk, 29, will be in the Ozaukee County Justice Center on Thursday at 3 p.m. for her plea/sentencing hearing.
Schmunk faces second degree recklessly endangering safety. Schmunk told officers she used a strap to secure her 9-year old son and a pool to the roof of the van, according to a complaint. She also added that he was only up there for about 30 seconds.
The incident happened back in September and another person called police to report what was going on.
Schmunk said she didn't see anything wrong with it because her father allowed her to do similar things when she was a kid.
