More Severe Weather....Flooding Possible

Our active weather pattern continues as we move toward the weekend.  The ring of fire heats back up with another disturbance heading our way for Friday night.  This could be another round of severe weather for southeastern Wisconsin.

Most of southeastern Wisconsin is under a slight risk for strong to severe storms for late Friday night into Saturday morning.  Another complex of storms will erupt to our northwest Friday evening and roll into our area between 9 PM and 2 AM.

These storms could produce damaging winds, heavy rainfall, and small hail.  A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Walworth, Racine, Kenosha, and Jefferson counties.  Recent rainfall has made those areas susceptible to future flooding.  There will be an unbelievable amount of moisture int he atmosphere, so heavy torrential rainfall is likely.

Most of the area will pick up another 1" to 3" of rainfall with this next event.
