More police officers needed on the streets

Milwaukee - Alderman Bob Donovan, Police Chief Ed Flynn, and the Milwaukee Police Association have spoke out about the lack of man power at the PD. According to the Milwaukee Police Association, the police department is understaffed by more than 200 police officers. During an exclusive interview with CBS 58 last week, Chief Ed Flynn said there is a direct connection between crime and poverty. Residents aired out their frustrations on Monday during a public meeting with City leaders, including Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.
