More on Packers draft pick Kenny Clark

UCLA defensive tackle Kenny Clark is the Packers first round selection in the 2016 NFL draft, the 27th pick overall.

Clark is young - still just 20 years old - and may still fill out further, which would help allay the concerns of draft experts over his size. Draft analysts point to Clark's high school wrestling career as a major advantage when going against offensive linemen.

The Packers lost B.J. Raji this offseason, and were looking to replace him in the interior of their defensive line. Clark finished second on UCLA's football team in tackles (75), tackles for loss and sacks (six). Experts believe Clark can be a "plug-and-play" nose tackle in Green Bay.

Clark's dad went to prison when he was nine, but the Packers pick has maintained a good relationship with his dad. He's the first of several Packers selections over the next few days. Rounds 2-3 of the draft happen Friday, with rounds 4-7 taking place Saturday.
