Mom Accused of Giving Toddler Deadly Dose of Narcotics Set to Stand Trial

A Milwaukee woman accused of giving her toddler a deadly dose of narcotics waved her right to a preliminary hearing today.Margarita Balderas will stand trial.
Police say Balderas and her partner Darrell Woodson gave their children painkillers to calm them down.
Their 2-year-old daughter died from drug complications over the summer.
Balderas is due back in court march 29th.
