Missing Woman's Boyfriend Released from Jail

Kelly Dwyer's boyfriend 38-year-old Kris Zocco was released Milwaukee County Jail Monday, after spending all weekend behind bars while being investigated on  drug charges.

Police arrested him Thursday, but he wasn't formally charged until Sunday.

Police tell us the drug charges came to light during the investigation into Kelly Dwyer, who has been missing more than a week.

The criminal complaint states that Dwyer would come to his apartment a couple of times a week to do lines of cocaine. Zocco said he last saw Dwyer the night before she disappeared.

She was last seen late October 10th with Zocco at a bar near his apartment in Milwaukee's east side.

His attorney told us, Zocco has nothing to do with her disappearance.

When Dwyer first went missing, her family told me they believed she either walked or took a taxi back to her apartment, which is just a few blocks from her boyfriend's place.

Since she has disappeared, her family, friends and even strangers are passing out fliers and going to social media asking for the public's help.
