Missing Jackson State University student found safe in Virginia

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A missing Jackson State University student, originally from Milwaukee, has been found safe in Richmond, Virginia.
According to police, 21-year-old Kamilah Fipps has been reunited with her family.
Her family did say she suffers from a medical condition that may impair her judgement.
