Milwaukee's Wells Street Bridge reopens after 8 month closure

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A bridge over the Milwaukee River in Milwaukee that has been closed since March will reopen Friday afternoon.
The Wells Street Bridge has been closed since March 5 for structural, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical upgrades as part of the bridge rehabilitation project.
Wells Street will be open to through traffic from North Water Street to North 6th Street on Friday, November 30 by 5 p.m.
