Milwaukee's Black Restaurant Week Kicks Off

Milwaukee’s Black Restaurant week is a new initiative to shine the spotlight on black-owned eateries in Milwaukee.
Chic Cafe serves breakfast all day.
"On Sunday's our specialties are smothered pork chops, meatloaf, and baked chicken," said Chic Café representative.
Blank Space MKE organized the week. They said it's about more than enjoying good food.
Twelve local restaurants are participating.
