Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 11:35 PM on Thursday, June 22 in the 2300 block of North 40th Street.
A 39-year-old Milwaukee woman was shot by a suspect during a robbery. The woman drove herself to her home in the 2400 block of N. 34th Street where she contacted medical personnel.
The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Milwaukee Police are looking for the suspect.
