Milwaukee Woman Allegedly Screamed and Slapped a Special Needs Student

A Milwaukee woman is accused of screaming and slapping special needs student at Madison High School.

Mary Brown was charged with misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct.

According to the criminal complaint, another student recorded the incident on video.

The video allegedly shows a staff member screaming a special needs student and striking them in the face.

Brown allegedly admitted to slapping the student. She allegedly told police she did it to get the student’s attention.
