Milwaukee to raise parking prices, extend hours

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Drivers will soon to be forced to pay more to park in the city of Milwaukee.
Mayor Tom Barrett signed off on three changes:
- Hourly rates will increase
- Meters would be enforced for longer hours
- It will cost more to park when it's busy
Critics say the changes will hurt low-income visitors and result in more parking tickets.
