Milwaukee teacher charged with sexual assault of student

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee teacher is charged with sexually assaulting a student at Rocketship Transformation Prep on the city's north side.
Forty-two-year-old Benjamin Anderson is charged with sexual assault of a child under age 13.
The criminal complaint says Anderson denies the allegation.
Court records show cash bond has been set at $10,000.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 28.
