MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two Milwaukee sisters are charged with shooting and injuring an employee of a George Webb restaurant are ordered to stand trial.
Both were in court virtually Thursday, April 21, for a preliminary hearing.
The attorney for Bryanna Johnson tried to get the case dismissed but after testimony from a Wauwatosa police detective, the judge ordered her to stand trial.
Breanta Johnson waived her preliminary hearing and a not guilty plea was entered for her.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for May 18.
