Milwaukee school educates public about 'Day of the Dead'

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee school is teaching people about the Day of the Dead, or Dia De Los Muertos.
The Mexican tradition goes back to precolonial times. A public event was held at Escuela Verde near 37th and Pierce on Friday, Nov. 1.
People walked through a room adorned in color, skulls and flowers as they learned more about how the tradition honors and remembers those who have died.
