MPD seeks homicide suspect accused of intentionally hitting 21-year-old man with car

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are requesting the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in a homicide that occurred on Saturday, Aug. 1.

Authorities say the suspect intentionally struck a 21-year-old man with his vehicle near 17th and Mitchell around 5:20 p.m. before fleeing the area.

The suspect is described as a 23-year-old Hispanic man, 5'7", 125 pounds, with black, short hair, brown eyes and a beard.

He was last seen wearing a white and gray striped shirt, blue jean shorts, and light colored shoes.

Police say the suspect and victim were known to one another.
