Milwaukee Police searching for missing 12-year-old last seen near 83rd and Villard

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking the public for help in locating a critically missing 12-year-old child.
Napolean Her was last seen near a friend's house in the area of 83rd and Villard on January 3rd.
Her is 5'1 and 110 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with Los Angeles on it, jeans, and converse shoes. Her was last seen carrying a blue bag with drawstrings.
