MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two people are in custody after police say they crashed into a police vehicle with a vehicle on the city's north side Friday, Oct. 30.
According to police, just before 12:45 p.m., officers were in the area of 35th and Sheridan for a shots fired incident. The officers observed a vehicle speeding toward them and the vehicle hit their police vehicle. Police say an officer fired several shots at the suspect vehicle which then struck a tree.
An 18-year-old man and 20-year-old man were apprehended from the vehicle and taken into custody.
Police say there's no indication anyone was struck by the officer's gunfire.
The officer is a 35-year-old with over four years of service.
The incident remains under investigation.

Milwaukee police tell CBS 58 they were called to the area for a fight and they are investigating a shots fired incident.
