Milwaukee Police Officer Bound Over for Trial

In another Milwaukee courtroom, Milwaukee Police Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown was bound over for trial on sexual assault charges.

Heaggan-Brown wore a suicide-prevention gown at his preliminary hearing. 

He has the officer who shot and killed Sylville Smith back in August, an incident that preceded two nights of unrest in Sherman Park.

This hearing was not related to that incident.  The officer is accused of sexually assaulting two men.
