MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are asking for help identifying the suspect wanted for an armed robbery that happened on Saturday, September 29 around 1:00 p.m. at a business near Arlington and Brady.
The suspect entered the business through an open door and placed four bottles of liquor into his backpack. When confronted by an employee, the suspect opened his backpack to show that he was armed with a black, medium-sized, semi-automatic firearm. The suspect then fled without the liquor bottles and was last seen going south on N. Warren Street.
The suspect is described as a black man in his late 40s about 5’10” to 6”00 tall and 230 to 250 pounds with a medium/stocky build, salt and pepper goatee. He was last seen wearing a Brewers baseball hat, a blue quarter zip-up fleece jacket, grey or dark colored jeans, white tennis shoes and carrying a black backpack.
