Milwaukee Police investigating shooting after man returns to fight with gun

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened near 22nd and Finn Thursday morning around 8:30 a.m.
A 24-year-old Milwaukee man is accused of shooting a 37-year-old Milwaukee man he was having a fight with.
During the fight, the suspect left the house, returned with a gun and shot at the victim. The victim returned fire hitting the suspect. The suspect received a non-life threatening gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital.
