Police investigating reported assault near UW-Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a reported assault near UW-Milwaukee on Monday, Nov. 11.

Police say it happened near Park and Frederick Avenue around 11:45 a.m. 

It was reported that the suspect came up behind the victim, grabbed her from behind and fondled her. 

The suspect is described as a black male, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt that possibly had a metallic black Adidas symbol on the front, with black track-style pants and a black/gray backpack. 

Authorities say the suspect walked away from the location of the assault eastbound on E. Newberry Boulevard.
