Milwaukee police investigating fatal shooting near North and Vel R. Phillips

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that killed a 19-year-old man Monday evening, Nov. 28.
Police originally stated that the victim was 20 years old but have since clarified.
It happened just before 7:30 p.m. near North and Vel R. Phillips Avenue.
The victim was taken to an area hospital where he died of his injuries.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting are still under investigation. Police seek unknown suspects at this time.
