Milwaukee police investigate three shootings

Police are investigating three shooting that occurred on the first day of August. 

At 5:10pm near 21st and Concordia, a 30-year-old woman and her 11-year-old son were injured Saturday after a shooting occurred during a family gathering.  Milwaukee police say a 22-year-old man and a 30-year-old fired multiple shots at each other, both were injured. All four injured suffered from non-life threatening injuries. The shooters were arrested. 

A 23-year-old man is recovering from a serious injury after he was shot Saturday evening. Authorities say the victim was walking near 53rd and Center and heard gun shots and realized he was hit.  Though he did not see who shot him, he did see a red van leaving the area. 

A man was shot during a robbery at 700 W Greenfield. The 48-year-old male victim had just cashed a check nearby when when he was robbed. His injury is non-life threatening. No suspects are in custody.
